Learn how to hand-temper chocolate; a technique centuries old, and one you can bring home to family and friends.

 

Ganache Formulation

You will learn how to create a chocolate ganache infused with Grace Ridge Brewing’s Coal Point Stout.

 

Chocolate Molding

You will be taught how to properly mold tempered chocolate into delectable bars.
